SUP PERUT IKAN

Bahan:
1 kantong (50 gr) perut ikan kering
3 siung bawang putih
1 bh wortel, iris serong tipis
1/2 ekor ayam kampung
750 ml air
2 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
3 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis

Cara membuat:
  1. Rendam perut ikan dengan air hangat hingga mekar, cuci bersih. Potong-potong 2-3 cm atau sesuai selera, sisihkan.
  2. Rebus ayam hingga matang, sisihkan kaldunya. Suwir-suwir daging ayam, sisihkan.
  3. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan perut ikan, air kaldu, ayam suwir, dan wortel.
  4. Bubuhkan garam dan lada, masak hingga mendidih.
